California Resident

The US California Consumer Privacy Act (2018) grants residents of California privacy rights that are similar to what Europeans enjoy under the GDPR. The definition of a California resident under this act is:

California resident is:

(1) every individual who is in California for other than a temporary or transitory purpose, and

(2) every individual who is domiciled in California who is outside California for a temporary or transitory purpose.

Please note that if you aren’t a California resident, you aren’t covered by the CCPA and we won’t be able to process your request.
